Shipping policy
Free shipping is provided on all orders except for bounced parcels and international orders. We dispatch all parcels within 2 working days of placing the order hence any changes or cancellations made to the order can be done within 24 hours. As per our third party shipping provider, the parcel gets delivered within 5 to 7 working days post dispatch.
Please note that this is NOT a time slot delivery and delivery can be anytime between 9AM to 10PM. If you have ordered in-stock and backorder pieces within the same shopping cart, it will be shipped out as two separate parcels.
The Becoming Community cannot be held liable for any delays in dispatching parcels due to missing or inaccurate information provided.
Unsuccessful Delivery

Bounced Parcels: If you have missed your delivery, the courier company will try another attempt. If it fails again, it returns to our warehouse. Redelivery can be arranged by us again at an additional cost. Our team will contact you via email and phone call should we receive any bounced parcel bearing your name. In such cases, the customer will bear the cost for re-delivery. The Becoming Community will bear the cost of re-delivery should it be an error on our part. Any bounced parcel that is unclaimed for 6 months will be forfeited and no refund will be provided as adequate time has been given.
In the event of any delivery dispute between customer and courier company, please kindly note that any claims against the courier company and delivery agent must be raised within 7 days and no longer than 14 days from the date the parcel is marked as delivered. We seek your kind understanding that delivery agents handle a large amount of parcels on a regular basis and promptly reporting any unreceived order will boost the chance of locating the parcel while memory recalls are still recent.
