Can I change my payment method after checking out my order?
Unfortunately, we are unable to change payment methods manually after orders have been checked out. Please re-add and check out the item(s) in your cart and email us within 24 hours to cancel your first order. Requests made after 24 hours of placing the first order cannot be addressed.
How do I know the items will fit me?
We follow a size chart that is friendly for everyday Indian women. We have also tried each piece on try-on artists to ensure the sizing is not just limited to a chart but reflects on the actual garment. Our size chart follows body measurement and NOT garment measurement. You can measure your body as per the instructions in our size guide and order the relevant size. If you have any further queries regarding the sizing, please reach out to us on WhatsApp or under the get in touch section and we will assist you within 24 hours.
What is a pre-order?
We open pre-orders for popular items that were previously sold out. Backorder refers to an item that is currently out-of-stock, and our factory is still in the process of re-making new stocks for the design. The estimated time of arrival for the new batch of stocks are usually reflected on the product description of the item. Please check the terms and conditions for a pre-order here.
An out-of stock item is available for pre-order. You can select your preferred size, check out the items, complete and submit payment details for the chosen preorder. A piece is then reserved for you and will be mailed to you once the full stocks arrive. Given the way we operate, we do not undertake custom size orders for pre-orders or otherwise.
If all pre-order slots are full and you cannot check out your preferred size, it means that all incoming stocks have been reserved. Stock/slot reservation is based on first-payment basis and we can only take in orders for paid pre-orders. We open pre-orders only if fabric stock is available. We mostly avoid this situation, however, in the event of failed pre-order(s) due to fabric shortage, we will provide a full refund. Please kindly ensure that there will be no refund for customers who back out of an existing pre-order.
The product I want is out of stock or the size I want is out of stock
We keep limited stocks of all our products. It is best to buy them as soon as they are available. If the product happens to be out of stock, please check the pre-order section or alternatively reach out to us with your requirements over WhatsApp or the get in touch section and we will do our best to address your request.
Do you offer custom sizes?
Given the way we operate, we are unable to offer custom sizes. Our sizes range from XS to XXL for all our pieces. If you are in-between sizes, please refer to our size guide to see how you can size up or size down for the same. If incase your size is out of stock, please do let us know and we will do our best to re-stock it. If you would like us to expand our size mix beyond what we are currently offering (XS and below, XXL and above), we welcome such feedback. Please let us know and we will work towards bringing this change in the near future.
