Return, exchange and cancellation

Return

  • We have a 7 day return policy and exchange policy. You can return or exchange any product within 7 days of receiving it
  • We offer store credit or size exchange for returned goods (subject to terms and conditions)
  • To be eligible for store credit/exchange, the garment must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unwashed, with labels, and in its original packaging
  • We have to receive the package with 15 days of delivery
  • We do not offer refund or exchange for products purchased during during sales
  • If you are not comfortable with the product, we will ensure we have a detailed talk with you to understand your requirements
  • No returns and exchange is available for international shipments

      Damaged or incorrect order 

      • Please inspect your order upon reception and email us within 24 hours of delivery with photos/videos if the item is defective, damaged or if you have received the wrong item. So that we can evaluate the issue with urgency and make it right. In this case, we will have the product collected.
      • If you would like to exchange a faulty item, please be aware that we can ONLY replace it for the same product.

          Store credit refund request: 

          • Please email your request at wecare@thebecomingcommunity.co 
          • Mail subject line should have 'STORE CREDIT REFUND REQUEST - Name mentioned on the order - Order number'
          • In the email, please mention the item you have received, the reason for requesting store credit and your contact number 
          • Upon receiving these details, our team will share the return address with you; You can send your piece back to us with the same details inside the packet. (The shipping cost of sending it back is borne by the customer.)
          • Once received and verified that the return sent has NOT been worn, used, washed, altered, damaged and retains its original tags- We will issue and email you details of the store credit for the order amount within 2 days of receiving your product. 
          • The credit note can be redeemed at checkout when shopping on our website www.thebecomingcommunity.co - validity period is 1 year from date of issuing the credit note

          Exchange request: 

          If the garment that you have purchased is not the right size, we will exchange the size for you within 7 days of delivery of the garments. You can send your order back to us and we will ship the exchange piece at no additional cost. 

          We can only exchange the size of the garment (subject to availability of pieces), and not the design or colour. 

          Steps for size exchange:

          • Please email your exchange request at wecare@thebecomingcommunity.co 
          • Mail subject line should have 'EXCHANGE - Name mentioned on the order - Order number'
          • In the email, please mention the item you have received, the size you’d like to exchange it with and your contact number 
          • Upon receiving these details, our team will share the return address with you; You can send your exchange piece back to us with the same details inside the packet. (The shipping cost of sending it back is borne by the customer.)
          • Once received and verified that the return sent has NOT been worn, used, washed, altered, damaged and retains its original tags - We will process your exchange and ship out the requested exchange size at no additional courier charges. 
          • In case the product does not meet our return/exchange requirements, we reserve the right to refuse the exchange.

          If desired size is not available, we suggest you:

          • choose another product of the same or higher value (or)
          • we will provide you a credit note against it

          Please note, we do not have a second exchange policy. 

          As we follow BODY measurements and NOT garment measurements, we are confident in assisting you with your size requirements, ensuring you do not have to undergo the hassle of an exchange. Please refer to the size guide and product care page, and reach out to us if you need help in understanding your size or want to look at the outfits on a video call or in-person.

           

          Cancellations: 

          If you wish to cancel your order, we can do so if the piece has not been shipped yet.
